1. How and why should i register to Marè Beachwear.com?

Registering for the first time is very easy.
Once on Marè Beachwear homepage, click on the ‘Login’ icon at the top right of the page, and click the button “Create a New Account”.

Registration is not obligatory to explore and shop the site. However, by creating an account gives you may enjoy many benefits: you can move through the checkout process faster, create wishlists, store multiple shipping addresses, view and track your orders in your account, get advice from our personal shopper on best matching items and best products to buy.

2. What should I do if I forget my account password?

Don’t worry if you forget your password. Simply go to the “Login” page (at the top right of the home page) and click the “Forgot your Password?” button.

5. How do I find a specific item?

If you know exactly what you are looking for, you can choose between two paths.
Firstly, you may search it by Product Category, for example under the Swimwear button if you are looking for menu; or by Designer under the Designers button.
Once you have selected your desired category or designer, you can filter the listings further using the options on the left of the page.
Alternatively, if know the exact product code, you may search the items directly by filling out its code into the specific space on the top-right of the homepage.

6. Do the items look accurate?

Marè Beachwear works hard to optimize the accuracy of all items images and colors featured on the site.
However, the display of product colors significantly depends on the user’s computer monitor and we cannot guarantee the level of accuracy 
achieved on every individual user’s device.

7. Why are there out of stock items?

As our products are produced in limited quantities and may run out of stock, we constantly update the site with the latest product availability.
Although we cannot always guarantee the availability of all products, our Customer Care would be pleased to assist you
if you are looking for a particular item that you can not find on our website.

8. How do I make a purchase?

Making a purchase is easy.
Wherever you see an item you can easily shop it: select your size and click “Add to Cart”.
Your chosen product will appear in your shopping cart.If you want to go on with your shopping, click “Continue shopping”.
If you are ready to place your order, select “Proceed to Checkout” and follow the straightforward prompts to complete the checkout process.

12. When will I receive my order?

Marè Beachwear ships all over the world by UPS courier. All orders are usually shipped within 1 business day.
Orders placed after 2pm (GMT+1) on Fridays are shipped on the following Monday.
Our estimated delivery time for National Shipping (Italy) is 24/48 hours.
The estimated delivery time for orders shipped to Europe is 2-3 working days from the date of dispatch,
while is 2-4 working days for orders shipped to the rest of the world.

13. Which are the Shipping Costs?

To Italy, the cost to ship items is €5 for purchases up to 100€. Shipping of orders over 100€ is free of charge.
For International shippings, costs varies by zone:
- Europ Euro zone: €15
- Europe extra Euro zone: € 30
- U.S.A. and Canada: € 30
- Rest of the world: €45

14. For Cee Extra orders, do i have to pay the Italian V.A.T?

Shipments outside the European Union are exempt from the italian V.A.T. However, Customers have to pay for the Duty specifically established by their Country, expenses that are exclusively charged to Customers.

15. How do i use the Promo Codes?

If you want to purchase by using a Discount Code, firstly you need to select your item size and click “Add to Cart”.
Your chosen product now appears in your shopping cart. Here, you need to enter your Promo Code into the “Discount code” space
and click the “Apply Coupon” button. If the Code is valid, your shopping cart shows the new discounted amount.
Promo codes are not cumulative and must be used singly.

16. Can I return some items?

If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused item(s) by choosing one of the following options:
a different size, store credit or refund.
Returns, and Refunds, are valid for up to 15 days from receipt of the merchandise and must be managed with the indicated courier.
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted.

17. How do I return an item?

You have up to 15 days- since the order delivery date- to ship the item(s) back.
To start the return procedure please fill out the Return Form.
You will be contacted by Marè Beachwear Customer Service within 24 working hours in order to manage the return procedure.
Returns must be exclusively managed with the indicated courier.
